Full-bodied, dense and intense on the palate yet also vibrantly fresh, this a full-bodied, dense, iodine-inflected and concentrated, refreshing, saline and tensioned Kirchenstück with a long and tight finish. 12.5% stated alcohol. Still a bit embryonic on the nose, but with a bit of aeration the stone-fruit aromas blossom and you feel like you’re in paradise. Enormous concentration, combined with a delightful lightness of touch, makes you feel very glad to be alive. Heavenly silkiness at the super-long finish that heads off in the direction of Alpha Centuari! From biodynamically grown grapes. Drinkable now, but best from 2023.
