From cask, this practically pokes you in the nose with its shrubby, pungent suggestions of boxwood and sage. The palpably dense, full palate impression exhibits a meaty sense of mouthwateringly savory concentration against which the aforementioned suggestions of greenery, joined by pear seed and lemon peel, serve for invigorating counterpoint.
