A restrained and markedly cool nose speaks of the essence of wild dark currant, just turned earth and a hint of smoked meat. There is excellent intensity to the solidly concentrated and relatively powerful middleweight flavors that also exude evident minerality on the compact, linear and moderately austere finale.
