The 2022er Maximin Grünhaus Abtsberg Riesling GG, as it is referred to on the consumer label, was fermented spontaneously and matured in traditional old Fuder casks. It has a delicate and flowery nose of almond cream, vineyard peach, smoke, bergamot, lily flower, and lime tree. The wine starts off on the delicately juicy and aromatic palate. However, the finish is very pure and vibrating as plenty of zesty and spicy elements join the party and give a tight and fresh feel. The after-taste is beautifully floral and zesty.
