The 2010er Graacher Domprobst Riesling Beerenauslese displays intensely fruit-driven notes of tropical fruits, mango, canned pineapple, and passion fruit, as all enhanced by some honey and almond, and a whiff of volatile acidity. The wine starts off on the sweet and ripe side on the palate with notes of honey and pineapple, before a powerful kick of acidity comes into play and gives structure to the finish.
