Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
The 2022 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Climats derives from vines averaging 50 years old. Wafting from the glass with aromas of cherries, raspberries, incense, petals and spices, it's medium to full-bodied, supple and fleshy, with a deep core of fruit, supple tannins and a saline finish. - William Kelley, Jan. 2024
Vinous
The 2022 Chambolle-Musigny Les 4 Climats 1er Cru is a blend of Les Chabiots, Aux Combottes, Les Combottes, and Les Chatelots from vines up to 60 years old with almost 70% whole bunches. The stems play an important role on the nose, lending tertiary black pepper scents and a suggestion of pitted black olive. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins - quite a dense Chambolle Musigny and maybe it misses the refinement of Felettig's best cuvées on the finish. I would afford this 4 - 5 year in a bottle. Fine, but not "best in show." - Neil Martin, Nov. 2023
Allen Meadows' Burghound
A cool and wonderfully floral-suffused nose speaks mainly of various red berry and soft spice scents. There is both good volume and underlying tension to the generously proportioned flavors that also exude a subtle minerality on the bitter pit fruit-inflected finish that flirts with rusticity. This decidedly firm effort could use better depth but given the apparent aging curve, more should gradually develop. - Allen Meadows, Jan. 2024
