Allen Meadows' Burghound
This is as aromatically spicy as the Caillerets but it's every bit as elegant and a bit cooler as well with its more floral-inflected red berry fruit scents. There is better density to the even more mineral-driven flavors that are akin to rolling a small stone around the mouth while exhibiting the classic youthful austerity on the impressively long, focused and compact finale.
