The 2021er Rausch GG, as it is referred to on the central part of the label, offers a stunning and hugely fragrant nose of white flowers, elderflower, white peach, a hint of lemon sorbet, and subtle scents of whipped cream. The wine proves beautifully light-footed but packed with flavors on the lemony and herbal palate. A beautiful kick of acidity adds freshness to the experience without taking over the flavor profile. The finish is playful, focused, and finely chiseled. This is a truly remarkable expression of dry Saar Riesling that plays on lightness and elegance. What a great success!
