The 2021er Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Kabinett is very finely reductive but already shows great smoky and mineral notes of anise, white peach, lime, yuzu, and minty herbs. The wine proves superbly focused and straight on the lively palate and leaves a very focused and still quite tight long finish. The after-taste is already leading towards just off-dry tasting.
