The garnet-colored 2019 Pinot Noir Graacher Himmelreich *** is deep, intense and refined on the nose, with ripe and concentrated red and dark fruit aromas, mocha and crushed slate notes. This is a highly finessed and elegant Pinot that is almost weightless on the first palate. It has very fine tannins, sustainable crystalline salinity and seriously ripe, sweet and intense Pinot Noir aromas on the finish that is clear fresh and ethereal. 13.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork.
