Details

Auszeichnungen
Robert Parker's Wine Advocate
The 2018 Nuits-Saint-Georges Village was showing especially well, wafting from the glass with notes of wild berries, cassis, peonies, orange rind, spices and sweet soil tones. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, it's lively and fragrant, built around velvety tannins and succulent acids. From lieux-dits Chaillots and Lavières that yielded 35 hectoliters per hectare, Felettig's Nuits is particularly elegant this year. - William Kelley, Feb. 2020
Vinous
The 2018 Nuits Saint-Georges Village sees 20% whole bunch. It has a floral bouquet that is a distant cousin of the Vosne-Village, with copious violets infusing the blue and black cherry fruit. The medium-bodied palate offers ripe, smooth tannins. This is a polished Nuits Saint-Georges from Gilbert Felettig, with a very seductive and overtly spicy finish. Recommended. - Neal Martin, Jan. 2020
Allen Meadows' Burghound
This is almost as elegant as the Chambolle with its mélange of essence of ripe red cherry, raspberry, lavender and discreet earth whiffs. The relatively sleek, intense and beautifully well-detailed flavors possess a beguiling mid-palate texture that contrasts only slightly with the mildly rustic but long and complex finish. Good stuff for a villages Nuits. - Allen Meadows, Jan. 2020
