The 2013er Hubacker Riesling, as it is referred to on the front label, offers a magnificently complex, fresh, and youthful nose of grapefruit skin, mint, tangerine, ginger-driven spices, kiwi, and greengage. It proves sheer purity and freshness on the palate, where some light yellow fruity and ripe elements are directly wrapped into fine zest. The finish is super elegant and long with plenty of salty notes as well as some licorice and anise in the background. This is already very present and ready, but there is still plenty of years to go.
