The 2011er Dorsheimer Burgberg GG is now fully open for business and delivers a very ripe and aromatic nose of toffee, quince, dried pineapple, almond cream and a hint of coconut, all wrapped into some green herbs, greengage and paprika. The wine is comparatively lightly structured and very fruity on the creamy palate driven by ripe yellow fruits. A more refined and lighter side eventually comes through in the finish. This will please lovers of cuddly and ripe expressions of mature dry Riesling. Now -2021. - Okt. 2018
