The 2021er Herrenberg Kabinett, as it is referred to on the consumer label, is a fruity-styled wine with a subtly ripe but hugely engaging nose made of pear, white peach, fine spices, and herbal elements. The wine has all the hallmarks of a great Ruwer Kabinett as mint, chalky minerals, and white peach drive the flavor profile.
