This is also distinctly cool, pure and airy with its expressive nose of essence of red pinot fruit and discreet floral wisps. The gorgeously textured barely middleweight flavors are not dense but they are super-sleek, polished and refined before terminating in a bitter pit fruit-inflected finish that displays sneaky good length.
