(from a .20 ha parcel in Les Chaliots and another .11 ha parcel in Aux Lavières). Firm reduction. There is excellent freshness, energy and detail to the delicious middle weight flavors that also exude a bracing salinity on the youthfully austere but not really rustic finale that displays very fine depth and persistence.
