A pure and airy combination is composed by notes of essence of red cherry along with those of earth, pepper and a hint of the sauvage. There is both excellent richness and underlying tension to the tautly muscular flavors that flash good power and a bracing salinity on the impressively persistent finish where the only nit is a hint of warmth.
