Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: The 2017 Chassagne-Montrachet Village Blanc exhibits an attractive bouquet of green orchard fruit, toasted nuts and white flowers, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and succulent palate with bright acids and a generous core of fruit. It's a lovely Chassagne that will drink well for a decade or more. - William Kelley, Jan. 2019
Allen Meadows' Burghound: This too is aromatically quite pungent with its fresh blend of resin, petrol, sliced white orchard fruit, lemon zest and a whisper of rosemary oil. There is notably better volume to the rich, opulent and caressing medium-bodied flavors where the lemon zest-tinged acidity is just firm enough to keep the proper balance. - Allen Meadows, Jun. 2019
Vinous: Bright medium yellow. Ripe yellow fruits, menthol and a smoky note on the nose, along with a suggestion of honey. Fat and open-knit, showing decent volume and thickness but in need of a bit more depth and thrust. Has just enough energy to support its flesh and finishes with an edge of acidity. - Stephen Tanzer, Sep. 2018
