Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: The 2016 Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru is a blend of Les Cras and Les Feusselottes, matured in around 55% new oak. It has a slightly more earthy, tobacco-tinged bouquet that opens nicely in the glass, though perhaps never quite slips into fifth gear. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, silky smooth in texture with a slightly gourmand finish. Despite the aromatics being rather taciturn at the moment, this would be my pick from the negoçiant arm of Méo-Camuzet this year. - Neal Martin, Dez. 2017
Allen Meadows' Burghound: Firm reduction dominates the nose today. Otherwise there is a sleek and vibrant mouthfeel to the mineral-inflected medium weight flavors that possess both good volume and underlying tension that also suffuses the length, firm and slightly rustic finale. Like the Chambolle villages, this is not a Chambolle 1er of refinement. - Allen Meadows, Jan. 2018
