Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: The 2014 Gevrey Chambertin Villages comes from seven parcels around the village that total 1.8 hectares. It has an elegant bouquet with crisp redcurrant and cranberry fruit. Perhaps I would like a little more intensity here. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin and a keen line of acidity. There is good structure and freshness here, and it should offer 6-8 years of pleasure. This comes recommended. - Neil Martin, Dez. 2015
Allen Meadows' Burghound: The ultra-fresh and cool nose features notes of pomegranate, cassis and blue pinot fruit trimmed in plenty of earth and humus nuances. There is a lovely texture to the muscular and admirably concentrated flavors that possess excellent richness before concluding in a moderately austere, balanced and impressively long finale. This robust high-quality effort is very Gevrey. - Allen Meadows, Jan. 2016
Vinous: (an assemblage of eight village parcels from all over Gevrey-Chambertin, some very well placed and three on the "wrong" side of the Route Nationale): Bright red. Complex, rather cool nose combines scents of black raspberry, black cherry, black tea, peony and elderberry. Sweet, plush and thick for village wine, with a creamy old-vines quality leavened by very good energy. The broad finish features ripe tannins and noteworthy length. An impressively full village wine with good inner-mouth tension. - Stephen Tanzer, Jan. 2016
