The 2012er Hubacker Riesling, as it is referred to on the front label, offers a superbly fresh and animating nose of lemon, crushed lime, pineapple, yellow peach, bergamot, orange zest, and anise, all wrapped into menthol and ginger-driven spices. The wine starts off the finely creamy and smooth side with gorgeously sweet fruits. The finish has more presence and intensity and leaves a spicy and very long aftertaste. This slightly softer expression of Hubacker GG than usual is already drinking superbly well to drink in a rather smooth yet hugely satisfying style. Now-2037. - Mai 2022
