Robert Parker's Wine Advocate: Blending 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay with 15% Pinot Noir red wine from the Montagne de Reims, Pol Roger's 2009 Vintage Brut Rosé displays an intense salmon/onion color and a rich, vinous bouquet of red berries and cherries that come along as ripe and dried fruit flavors. Full-bodied, round and dry, with very fine tannins giving a firm, refreshing and grippy structure framing body and the intense fruit, this is an elegant, fresh and finessed rosé with a delicate Pinot character on the finish. Aged for seven years on the second lees, the 2009 reveals good length and structure and is a serious gastronomic rosé. The lot number L81452849E displayed on the packaging note is illegible on the bottle. Tasted July 2018. - Stephan Reinhardt, Aug. 2018

Wine Spectator: Rich accents of smoke and pastry lead to white raspberry and apricot fruit, ground ginger and Earl Grey tea notes in this firm, well-knit rosé Champagne. Long and creamy on the lightly spiced finish. Drink now through 2029. 4,000 cases made. - Dez. 2018
